A day-long event featuring storytelling, music, movement, science, art, and crafts set up at Exploration Stations throughout the Museum.

The Loukoumi Foundation will be on hand to celebrate “Make a Difference Day” and dedicate the Loukoumi Reading Nook at the Westchester Children’s Museum.

Explore-a-thon combines original activities developed by Westchester Children’s Museum educators as well as programs developed in partnership with local arts and science organizations, Westchester musicians and artists, including:  Barefoot Books, Clay Arts Center, Curious on the Hudson, musician Graham Clarke, Groove Performing Arts, artist Adam Handler, Home Depot, Edith Read Wildlife Sanctuary, Rye Arts Center, and Songs for Seeds.
