Introduction to Chinese Meditation: Qi Gong

With summer almost over and school starting soon- all children are welcome to join our playworker and Qi Gong practitioner, Alice Amundson, to develop a wonderful tool that will help with focus and stress reduction. Qi Gong is a form of moving meditation that develops mindfulness, focus, awareness, concentration, and relaxation.
