Drop in for a hands-on art workshop led by Pop Artist Michael Albert, whose work is simultaneously on view in the Lavan Family Art Gallery at the Museum.

Michael will spend the day at the Museum running an all day open collage workshop for kids and families while also sharing the music that inspires him in his own studio - including the Beatles, various Jazz greats, Grateful Dead, Billie Holiday. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to work directly with the artist. Michael will bring the same materials he uses to create his own masterworks - cereal boxes and printed cardboard packages of famous consumer brands - and all our visitors can make their own collages on a theme of their own choice.

All participants will receive a free signed poster from a selection of Michael’s works.
