The Museum is privately funded by donations from individuals, businesses, and foundations. We rely on your contributions to keep our doors open and continue growing.
There are nearly 1 million children under the age of 11 living within a 15 mile radius of the Westchester Children's Museum. Your financial support helps:
underwrite field trips for organizations in underserved communities;
purchase new supplies and expand our MakerSpace;
add new exhibits and programs;
continue to meet our visitors’ needs;
and keep our admission costs down. Thank you!

The Westchester Children's Museum is a 501(c)3 cultural institution dedicated to providing enriching educational experiences for children.
The Museum was founded several years ago by a coalition of donors called the Founding Families. The Founding Family program enabled the Westchester Children's Museum to grow from an idea around a kitchen table to a fully operational museum that opened its first phase to the public in April 2016.
