The art of origami has been practiced in Japanese culture for thousands of years. Join Evan, Micah, and Abigail to learn the basics of this unique art form. No scissors, markers, paint, tape, or supplies needed: just your two hands, some colorful paper, and your imagination! This workshop is recommended for ages 4-8.

Please note that all NYS mandated health & safety precautions will be followed, including social distancing, mask requirements, & increased and rigorous cleaning.

ORE ABOUT ORIGAMI4CAUSE: Origami4Cause is a charitable organization and the brainchild of three siblings: Evan, Micah and Abigail. Despite their ages, they have been world travelers, living most of their lives overseas in Hong Kong, Australia and Turkey before settling back in the US in 2016. In 2017, they developed a love for origami and spent countless hours folding paper and refining their skills. They also participated in a number of fundraising activities in their schools and thought it would be a great idea to combine that with their love of paper art. Origami4Cause was born! We are hoping to donate to charitable causes around the world, particularly those focused on helping children in need. We look to accomplish this by selling custom-made origami, raising awareness of specific non-profits and guiding donors directly to their sites, and posting origami tutorials on YouTube and donating advertising proceeds.
