The Museum emerges from the pandemic to open its doors to the public beginning June 26, with a Members Only opening on Saturday, June 19. Visitors will return to the reopened Museum to find an expanded, newly renovated space featuring increased opportunities for hands-on learning, STEM activities, and interactive programs to inspire curiosity and critical thinking for toddlers through tweens.

The Museum is CDC compliant and has made changes to its systems and exhibits to keep visitors and staff safe and healthy.
“The Westchester Children’s Museum offers an outlet for play, communication, sharing and cooperation, and just an overall feeling of being welcome, all critical to the emotional health and wellness of our children", says Carolyn Carr Spencer, President of the WCM Board of Directors and a mom of four. “Given the last year we have all had of remote learning and social distancing, our children need the Westchester Children’s Museum more than ever.”
